As London Climate Action Week 2026 comes to a close, we’ve been reflecting on our 2030 Climate Action Roadmap, our commitments and the steps we’ve taken to improve all that we do at Architype.
Across the Roadmap we have achieved outcomes against 90% of our targets to date: a significant milestone that reflects the commitment, collaboration and action of our teams, clients and partners.
The process has given us powerful insight into the practical and systemic barriers that shape the pace of climate action across the built environment.
By 2030, Architype will continue to be an ecological, progressive and just community — with 100% of our projects achieving exemplar standards, helping to change the way legislators, clients and industry operate.
Five years on from our initial commitment, we’re sharing a summary of what we’ve learned, achieved and challenged ourselves to do next.
Thanks to UK Architects Declare for setting the challenge and our industry peers for continuing to inspire us.
