The greenfield site, which lies outside the village of Much Wenlock, is one of a number of sites in the county identified by the group for affordable housing. The development comprises of 10 socially rented properties, with the remainder marketed for shared ownership.
The scheme is a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom houses, with the Passivhaus design offering residents a healthy and comfortable lifestyle, with the robust building performance that will keep operational costs to a minimum.
We have strived to be innovators in the affordable housing sector, whilst taking the concerns of our residents with regards to fuel poverty and other running cots in to consideration. We are delighted to welcome our new tenants to their new homes and hope they will be happy in them for the years to come.
