We offer comprehensive CPD training, which ranges from refresher courses on professional forms of contract to talks on building physics, fire safety, timber technology, and sustainable strategies including Passivhaus.
We operate a flexible TOIL (Time Owed In Lieu) System, whenever overtime is required. In addition we offer a healthcare scheme, cycle to work scheme, and a generous pension scheme.
