This September, Highgate Junior School is taking part in Open House London.

Open House is the world’s largest architecture festival, giving free public access to 800+ buildings, walks, talks and tours over one weekend in September each year.

The festival provides a unique opportunity to visit the recently completed, RIBA award winning Highgate Junior School, designed by Architype.

Experience for yourself the contemporary grandeur of the new school building, set in the leafy surroundings of Highgate with views across the schools hallmark playing fields.

Enjoy architectural highlights such as the many handcarved sculptures that reflect the schools passion for natural sciences; the rich palette of materials; and the sensitive refurbishment and integration of Ingleholme, a 19th Century villa.

The opportunity is also a chance to meet the architects behind the scheme and hear how the design developed.

Drop-in visits are welcomed from 10am-1pm
