Kirsty joined Architype in 2022 as a Part 2 architectural assistant, after completing her Master of Architecture. She spent a year working in Cambridge during her Part 1, throughout which she spent several months working on the Architype Entopia office retrofit project, designed to meet EnerPHit, WELL gold, and BREEAM outstanding standards. She also gained experience on commercial, conservation, and leisure projects. Kirsty has a passion for prioritizing people within design and always endeavours to prioritize the user's experience of a building.

Education/Certifications

Kirsty attained both her undergraduate and master's degrees from Robert Gordon University. She completed her dissertation on the adverse health effects of poor building standards in social housing, and how these could be improved through better design and construction.
