Eleni was very excited to join the people team as she feels she can combine her experience as a practice manager with her human resources knowledge to help improve Architype’s systems.

Her role includes providing HR support across the company, supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and delivering Architype’s people strategy objectives. Eleni has a great love of people and her mission is to help the development of Architype’s employees ensuring all employees are happy, healthy and skillful.

Eleni joined Architype in 2004 as she wanted to work for a company that aligned with her values on sustainability and caring about the environment. She has over 15 years of valuable experience, including as practice manager for Architype, and previous work for a hotel property company.

Education

Eleni’s qualifications include a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance, CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources and a certificate in counselling skills.
