The design of the Lister Health Centre in Peckham was developed in close consultation with the user groups and aimed for high environmental standards. The scheme provides a civic space which is potentially flexible to allow for changing requirements, yet also delineates between the distinct user groups, which include:

• Four independent GP practices

• Chiropody services

• Speech therapy

• Child psychology department

• Dental facility

• Building centre management

The building was completed using a design and build contract.
