These new build houses, completed for the Community Housing Association, are situated within London’s East End. The houses have four bedrooms as they are intended for family use, and are designed to accommodate wheelchair users.

• Triple glazed timber windows

The design surpasses the requirements of Life Time Homes Standards and have obtained Secure by Design certification, a key feature due to their inner-city location.
