The Enterprise Centre has been nominated for 2 awards at the 2017 RICS East of England Awards. The awards showcase the best real estate, construction and infrastructure projects in the UK.

Shortlisted in both the ‘Design through innovation’ and ‘Commercial’ categories, the building has been visited by the RICS judges as part of the thorough competition process that makes these awards so prestigious.

The winner will be announced on the 10^th of May at a ceremony in Bury St. Edmunds, where the national shortlist will be revealed.
