After being announced for the shortlist last month, we were thrilled to be awarded Bronze Position in this years Building Good Employers Guide.

The Guide recognises the top employers in the construction industry from across the UK, judging them on a number of factors, such as staff turnover, benefits and company ethics, paired with the results of their independent survey.

The panel was particularly impressed by our flexible working options and family-like atmosphere! We were also ranked amongst the highest in the industry for the ratio of female staff (non-admin) at 42%.
